Use our secure credit card purchasing gateway for your purchases. Information entered on the Setcom gateway site is securely captured and encrypted using industry standard 128 bit encryption secured by Thawte. 

Setcom require users to register with them in order to use their services. Once you have signed up, all that will be required for future use, is your user name and password.

Once your order is received and the transaction is made and finalized, your parcel will be sent out via registered mail. We will then contact you with your postal "track and trace" number.

You can track your parcel through our local postal service website's track and trace service www.sapo.co.za and once it leaves the country through your local postal service's track and trace facility (e.g. for the U.K. track and trace on Royal Mail).

The company registration documents and the site's registered domain name are checked and verified by Thawte, ensuring the cardholder and merchant that nobody can impersonate Setcom to obtain confidential information.
   
2. Setcom is committed to providing secure online services. All encryption complies with international standards. Encryption is used to protect the transmission of personal information when completing online transactions. Setcom's Internet servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
   
3. The Merchant does not have access to credit details.
   
4. Setcom continually reviews and enhances its security in line with technological changes.

We accept Visa and Mastercard payments.

If you are purchasing in other currencies, like Pound, Euro, Yen etc. - your credit card company will automatically bill you for the equivalent in your local currency.
